Originally I ordered the 300-200 dresstard, but the waistline for that one is truly meant for incorporating a skirt...the point of the waistline is very low and brings a lot of attention to the lower extremities....which for a unitard isn't really a good thing. Ordered this one next, not for the shoulders, but for the waistline and it's perfect! The fitting was awesome as well, didn't have to alter for the dancer I was making this for. It was also easy to modify to attach to the halter original pattern which has the 300-200 waistline. Be for-warned though, I don't recommend this series for someone with no sewing experience...you do have to know how to put basic pattern pieces together...some of the basics don't appear to be covered step by step in the manual (like how to sew the inseam).
1. Don't forget all set-in sleeves in a size group are interchangeable... All raglan sleeves in a size group are interchangeable too.
2. Anything you can think of, you can create! Check out the Manual, it's full of design possibilities.
3. It easy to mix and match bodices and skirts with the same inset line within the same sizing group. You can also change the skirt inset line from bodice to bodice with the skirt conversion package.
4. We always like to see photos of what our clients are doing. Check out our Facebook link and post a photo of you latest project... or e-mail a photo to us. We'll post it to the gallery!!! Become the next creation of the month.
